Can I ship to a PO Box or APO/FPO address?

Yes. Typically, customers put APO in the City field and AE or AP in the State field. You may also ship to a PO Box.

Packages ship from our corporate office in Springfield, MO.

How long will it take my order to be delivered?

In general, shipments to Canada and the United States take no longer than 3-10 business days. International orders vary by location.

Why is tracking showing that my package hasn’t moved in a couple days?

Packages that ship through FedEx SmartPost use a combination of FedEx and USPS shipping methods, which can delay tracking scans. It may take a couple days to update tracking information online once a shipment is scanned.
